Before you can share a file, you’ll need to upload it to the Files module. Here’s how:
- Navigate to the Files Module: Log in to Communitrak and tap on ‘Files’ in the main navigation menu.
- Upload the File: Click on the ‘Upload File’ button, and select the file you want to share from your device. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upload.
Step 2: Select the Checkbox for Each File
Once your files have been uploaded, you can attach them to a message:
- Find the File: Locate the file you’ve just uploaded in the Files module.
- Click the Checkbox: Select the checkbox next to each file you would like to share.

Now, you’ll need to compose a new message to share the file:
- Click “Share”: Once at least one file has been checked, a banner will appear at the bottom of the screen that includes a Share button. Select this button, and then select “Message.”
