What is Communitrak?
Communitrak is an all-in-one software platform that supports in the management of a homeowner association and unlocks the ability to make payments online, reserve amenities, communicate with other residents and board members, and more.
Step 1: Create an Account & Join your HOA
In order to join your HOA on Communitrak, you’ll need an access code sent by a community leader. Access codes can be sent via email, text message, or printed access pass. If you don’t have an access code, you’ll need to reach out to a community leader or board member to get one.

Step 2: Invite Household Members
Once you have created your account, you can invite other members of your household to join Communitrak. You can do this as a Head of Household without needing to get another access code from your HOA board or leadership.
