At Communitrak, we value your privacy and strive to provide you with the tools to control the information you share with your community. Our platform allows you to manage your privacy preferences, giving you the ability to control who can access your contact information and profile.

Accessing Privacy Preferences

To manage your privacy preferences, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login: Visit and log in to your account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Account & Household: After logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard. From the main navigation menu, click on “Account & Household.”
  3. Access My Account: In the Account & Household section, you’ll find the “My Account” option. Click on it to proceed.

Managing Privacy Settings

Once you’re on the “My Account” page, scroll down to find the “Privacy Preferences” section. Here, you’ll be presented with a list of options that allow you to control your privacy settings:

  1. Your Profile: This option allows you to control the visibility of your profile within the community. You can choose to hide your entire profile from other residents by toggling this setting off.
  2. Your Email Address: Keep your email address private by toggling this setting off. When enabled, your email address will be hidden from other residents.
  3. Your Phone Number: Protect your phone number’s privacy by disabling this setting. Your phone number will remain hidden from other residents.
  4. Your Mailing Address: Communitrak allows you to provide an alternate or mailing address in addition to your property address. Control the visibility of this address within the community. Toggle this setting off to keep it private.
  5. Additional Contact Information: This option lets you manage the visibility of additional contact information you may have provided. Disable this setting to keep your additional contact details private.

Community Leader Visibility

Please note that while you have the power to control your privacy settings, your contact information and profile will always be visible to Community Leaders. This ensures that the necessary individuals can still reach out to you for important community matters.
