The Amenities page shows all of your community's shared spaces and resources in one place: pools, clubhouses, courts, parks, and more. Each amenity displays its current status, today's hours, and access information. If the amenity supports reservations, you can pick a date and time slot and book it directly.
All residents and Community Leaders can view the Amenities page and browse amenity details. Reserving an amenity requires the Create Reservation permission. Some options may be unavailable or appear differently depending on your level of account access.
Log in to Communitrak at https://app.communitrak.com.
Click Amenities in the main navigation menu.
The page uses a two-column layout. Amenity cards appear on the left and a My Reservations sidebar appears on the right.

Each amenity card shows the following information:
Amenity name
Status badge indicating whether the amenity is currently Open, Closed, or 24/7.
Today's hours with a colored status dot (green for open, red for closed).
Access control information, such as Open, Access Code, Key Card, or Household PIN.
Description of the amenity, when available.
Each amenity card has action buttons at the bottom:
Calendar opens the amenity's calendar view. This button is always visible.
Reserve opens the reservation booking flow. This button only appears if the amenity supports reservations and you have the Create Reservation permission.
The pencil icon (Edit Details) opens the amenity editing form. This button only appears if you have the Edit Amenity Details permission.
Create Amenity opens a dialog to add a new amenity. Requires the Create Amenity permission.
Manage Reservations opens the Reservation Manager dashboard. Requires the Manage Reservations permission.
The sidebar on the right shows your next five upcoming reservations. Each entry displays the amenity name, date, time, party size (if more than one), any notes, and fee or deposit amounts when applicable.
Click View All to open the full My Reservations page.
If you have no upcoming reservations, the sidebar displays a message letting you know.
Amenities configured to block reservations for past due accounts will disable the Reserve button until the balance is cleared.
Click Reserve on the amenity card you want to book.
The Reserve Amenity page opens with the amenity name in the header.

Under Select Date, use the calendar picker to choose a date. Dates outside the allowed booking window are disabled. The booking window is determined by the amenity's minimum and maximum reservation advance settings.
After selecting a date, available time slots appear under Select Time. Each slot shows the time range. For amenities that allow multiple reservations per time window, each slot also shows the number of available spots out of the total (for example, "3/10 available").
Fully booked slots are grayed out and cannot be selected.
After selecting a time slot, the Reservation Details sidebar on the right updates with your selected date and time. Complete the remaining fields:
Reserve For (only visible if you have the Create Reservation for Member permission): select another member to make the reservation on their behalf. Defaults to yourself.
Party Size: adjust the number of people in your party. The maximum depends on the amenity's occupancy settings.
Notes (Optional): add any special requests or notes for your reservation.
If the amenity charges a reservation fee or deposit, the amounts are shown below the reservation details with a total. You must check the payment authorization box before submitting.
If the amenity has a cancellation deadline, a Cancellation Policy notice appears explaining how far in advance you must cancel to receive a full refund.
Click Reserve to confirm your booking. A success dialog appears with your reservation details. From the dialog, you can choose Create Another to book another slot or View My Reservations to go to your reservations page.
Depending on the amenity's configuration and your account status, you may see one of the following messages instead of (or alongside) the time slot picker:
Past due charges: "Your account has past-due charges. Reservations for this amenity are unavailable until your balance is resolved."
Amenity closed but reservations accepted: A blue banner reading "This amenity is closed for walk-in use, but reservations are still being accepted."
Amenity closed, no reservations: A red banner reading "This amenity is currently closed and reservations are not being accepted." with the closure reason and expected reopening date when available.
Reservation limit reached (total): "You have reached the maximum of X active reservations for this amenity."
Reservation limit reached (daily): "You have reached the maximum of X reservations per day for this amenity."
The Amenities page only appears in the main navigation menu if the Amenities module is enabled for your community.
Fees and deposits only appear if the Financial module is also enabled for your community.
If you book back-to-back time slots for the same amenity on the same day, the system may waive the deposit on the consecutive reservation.
When reserving on behalf of another member, the payment authorization and agreement checkboxes are not required. A charge is added to the member's account instead.
