Once a form or poll has received submissions, members with the right permissions can review results, view poll charts, inspect individual responses, and export everything to CSV.
Viewing form results requires the View Form Results permission. Exporting results to CSV requires the Export Form Results permission. Some options may be unavailable or appear differently depending on your level of account access.
Log in to Communitrak at https://app.communitrak.com.
Click Forms & Polls in the main navigation menu.
Find the form whose results you want to view. You can access results from any status tab (Active, Drafts, or Closed).
Click the three-dot menu on the form card and select View Results. For closed forms, you can also click the View Results button directly on the card.
The results page opens with the form type label ("Form Results" or "Poll Results") and the form title at the top.
Below the header, a summary bar displays:
Total Submissions -- the number of responses received.
A lock icon and "Responses are anonymous" label if the form is configured for anonymous results.
An Export CSV button (visible only to users with the Export Form Results permission).
If the form type is a poll, the results page includes visual charts for each chartable question (Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Checkbox, and Multi-Select questions).
Each chart card shows:
The question text and how many submitters responded out of the total.
A doughnut chart for single-answer questions (Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Checkbox) or a horizontal bar chart for Multi-Select questions.
A breakdown of each option showing the vote count, percentage, and a color-coded indicator.
A Winner badge on the leading option(s) for Multi-Select questions when winners are configured.
Click Refresh to re-fetch the latest results and update the charts.

Below the charts (or directly below the summary bar for non-poll forms), each submission appears as a card in a grid. Each card shows:
A submission number (for example, "Submission #5")
The submitter's avatar and name, or "Anonymous" with a generic avatar if the form is anonymous
The submission date and time
Click a submission card to open the detail dialog.
The dialog header shows the submission number. Inside, you'll see:
Submitter info -- name, property address, and submission timestamp. For anonymous forms, this section shows a lock icon and "Anonymous Response" instead.
Responses -- each question and its answer, displayed in order. Response formats vary by question type:
Text responses (Short Answer, Paragraph) are shown as submitted.
Checkbox responses display "Checked" or "Not checked."
Multi-Select responses show a comma-separated list of selected options.
File attachments show a preview (thumbnail for images), the filename, file size, and a link to download or view the file.
Signatures display the signature image.
Payment responses show the charged amount and a status badge: "Pending" (amber) or "Refunded" (neutral).
Property responses show the readable address, or "(Property no longer in community)" if the property has been removed.
Date responses are formatted as a readable date.
If a question was deleted after a submission was recorded, it appears with a "Deleted" badge and strikethrough text. If a question was added after the submission, it appears with an "Added Later" badge.

On the form results page, click Export CSV in the summary bar.
A CSV file containing all submissions and their responses downloads to your device.
The results page is available for forms in any status (active, draft, or closed). You can review results while a form is still collecting responses.
For anonymous forms, individual submissions show "Anonymous" or "Anonymous Response" instead of the submitter's name and address. This applies to both the submission cards and the detail dialog.
Poll charts only appear for poll-type forms. Standard forms show the individual submissions grid without charts.
The "Deleted" and "Added Later" badges on responses help you understand cases where the form's questions were modified after some submissions were already recorded.
If no submissions have been received yet, the page displays a "No Submissions Yet" message.
If you have questions or need help, chat with Communitrak Support from any page using the messenger icon in the bottom-right corner.
