When a member has been invited but hasn't activated their account yet, you can resend their invitation email. This is useful if the original email was missed, ended up in spam, or if the member needs a reminder.
Resending invitations requires both the Invite Members and Invite Members via Email permissions. Some options may be unavailable or appear differently depending on your level of account access.
In the main navigation menu, expand Members & Groups and click Community Members.

Click the Pending tab. This tab shows members who have been invited but have not yet activated their account.

Select one or more members using the checkboxes on the left side of the table.

A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many members are selected.
Click Resend Invitations in the action bar.

Review the list of selected members in the confirmation dialog. Members will receive a new invitation email with their existing access code.
Click Resend Invitations to confirm.

Note: Only members with valid email addresses and pending invitations will be processed. If some members cannot be reached, you'll see a notification indicating how many were skipped.
Resending an invitation does not generate a new access code. The member receives the same code from their original invitation.
You can select and resend to multiple members at once.
The Resend Invitations button only appears in the floating action bar when you are on the Pending tab.
If you need to invite someone who was never added, use the Invite Member button instead.
