The Vehicles tab is where your household registers the cars kept at your home, along with any guest vehicles for people visiting you. Communities use this so they know which vehicles belong at the property, which matters for parking, gate access, and towing decisions.
Every member of the household can open the page and see what's registered. Adding, editing, and removing vehicles is limited to the Head of Household. If you're not a Head, the Add buttons and the menu beside each vehicle won't appear, and you'll need to ask whoever in your household is marked Head.
Log in to Communitrak at https://app.communitrak.com.
In the main navigation menu, expand My Household and click Vehicles.
You can also get there from Manage Household using the Vehicles tab at the top of the page.
The first card lists the vehicles registered to people in your household, with a count showing how many you've used out of your allowance.
Click Add Vehicle, or Add First Vehicle if the list is empty.
Under Select Member, choose whose vehicle it is. Only people in your household are listed.
Fill in the vehicle details, all of which are required:
Vehicle Make: pick from the list, or choose Other and type it in.
Vehicle Model
Vehicle Year
Vehicle Color
License Plate and the State that issued it.
Click Add Vehicle.
Each vehicle then appears as a card showing the year, make, and model, its color, the license plate with its state, who it belongs to, and when it was added.
If another household shares your property, their registered vehicles appear in a second card so you can see everything parked there. These are read-only. Only the household a vehicle belongs to can change it.
This card is hidden entirely when there are no other households at your property, which is the case for most single-family homes.
Register a visitor's vehicle for the dates they'll be staying with you, so your community knows the car is expected.
Click Add Guest Vehicle.
Enter the Guest Name, Guest Phone, and Guest Email.
Set the Check-In Date and Check-Out Date. Check-out has to be after check-in.
Fill in the same vehicle details as above, then click Add Vehicle.
Guest vehicles are split across two tabs, each showing a count:
Current & Upcoming: visits that haven't finished yet, including ones that haven't started.
Previous: visits whose check-out date has passed. Nothing is deleted when a visit ends, it just moves here.
Guest vehicles are listed for the whole property rather than just your household, so a neighbor sharing your property will see yours and you'll see theirs, each labeled with the household that registered it. You can only edit or remove the ones your own household added.
Click the three-dot menu on a vehicle card and choose Edit to change its details, or Delete to remove the registration. Deleting asks you to confirm first.
Removing a guest vehicle frees up a slot against your limit. If a guest is coming back later, it's usually easier to edit the existing registration with the new dates than to add it again.
Each household can have 10 active vehicles registered. The count at the top of the Member Vehicles card shows where you stand.
License plates are saved in capital letters however you type them.
The vehicle year list runs from next year back to 1940, so a brand new car or a classic both work.
Vehicles belong to a household, not to you personally. If you belong to more than one household, switch to the one you mean using the household switcher at the bottom of the main navigation menu.
Registering a vehicle records it with your community. It doesn't reserve a parking space or issue a pass by itself. Ask your board how your community uses the information.
