Your Community's Public Website

What's on your community's public website, how it differs from the Communitrak app, and how to get from one to the other.

Many Communitrak communities have a public website, built and maintained by the community's leaders. It's the community's front door for people who don't have an account, such as prospective buyers, real estate agents, and neighbors. As a resident, you can use it too, and it's a handy link to share with anyone asking about the community.

Who can do this

Anyone. The public website doesn't require a Communitrak account or a login. Some options may be unavailable or appear differently depending on your level of account access.

Find your community's website

Your community's website lives at one of two kinds of address:

  • An address on Communitrak's site, such as sites.communitrak.com/your-community.

  • Your association's own domain name, such as www.yourhoa.com, if your leaders have connected one.

If you don't know the address, ask your community's leaders. Not every community has a website, and a site can be kept private while it's being built. If the address shows "We couldn't find this community," check the spelling of the address, or the site may not be published yet.

What you'll find there

Your leaders choose what goes on the site, so it varies by community. It may include:

  • An introduction to the community and its amenities.

  • A photo gallery.

  • The board members or other community leaders.

  • Frequently asked questions.

  • Contact details and social media links.

  • Extra pages, such as rules, guidelines, or community history, linked from the menu at the top.

  • Public forms, such as an interest list or an information request, that anyone can fill out without logging in.

Get to the Communitrak app from the website

Click Member Login in the top-right corner of any page on the website. It takes you to https://app.communitrak.com, where you can log in to your account.

Things to know

  • The website and the app are separate. The website is public, so anyone on the internet can see it. Private information, such as the member directory, community documents, your account, and payments, lives in the Communitrak app instead.

  • Logging in to the app doesn't change the website. You see the same public site whether or not you're logged in.

  • Your leaders manage the content. If something on the website is out of date or incorrect, contact your community's leaders. Communitrak Support can't change your community's website content.

  • Board members are shown automatically. If you're a community leader, your name, profile photo, and title may appear on the website. Ask your community's leaders if you'd rather not be listed.

If you have questions or need help, chat with Communitrak Support from any page using the messenger icon in the bottom-right corner.
