Follow these steps if you are unable to access your Communitrak account.

Losing access to your Communitrak account can be frustrating, but resetting your password is a simple process. Here's how to regain access by creating a new password.

Step 1: Access the Password Reset Page

  • Navigate to the Communitrak login page by visiting https://app.communitrak.com. This will take you directly to the main login screen where you can initiate the password reset process.

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

  • Click on the "Reset Password" link located below the login fields. This link is designed to help you start the process of creating a new password for your account.

Step 3: Provide Your Email Address

  • Enter the email address associated with your Communitrak account in the provided field. It's important to use the email address you originally registered with to ensure the reset process can be completed successfully.

Step 4: Submit Your Request

  • Click "Continue" after entering your email. This action will prompt Communitrak to send a verification code to your email address, which is necessary for the next step.

Step 5: Verify Your Email

  • Check your email inbox for a message from Communitrak containing the verification code. If you don't see it within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.

  • Enter the verification code provided in the email into the verification field on the Communitrak password reset page.

Step 6: Create a New Password

  • Choose a new password for your account. Ensure it is strong and secure, ideally using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols to enhance security.

Step 7: Finalize the Reset

  • Click "Continue" after setting your new password. This will complete the password reset process.

Step 8: Confirmation

  • Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation message indicating "Your password has been reset." You may now use your new password to log in to your Communitrak account.
