Adding household members to your Communitrak account allows you to keep everyone in your home connected and informed. As the Head of Household, you have the ability to invite others to join Communitrak, ensuring they have access to the community's resources and information without needing separate access codes from your HOA board or leadership.
Send an Invite
Step 1: Navigate to Communitrak
Log in to Communitrak at https://app.communitrak.com.
Step 2: Access Account & Household Settings
Step 4: Initiate the Invitation Process
On the "My Household" page, locate the Household Members card and click "+ Invite" to start the process of adding a new member to your household.
Step 5: Choose Invitation Method
You will be prompted to select how you would like to send the invitation: via "Email" or "SMS Text." Choose the method that is most convenient for the household member you are inviting.
Step 6: Enter Member's Details
Fill in the invitation form with the household member's full name and email address. These details are essential for ensuring the invitee receives and can respond to your invitation.
Step 7: Send the Invitation
Step 8: Confirm Invitation
A confirmation message will appear once the invitation has been successfully sent. Click "OK" to close this message and proceed with the next steps.
Manage Invitations
Following the confirmation, click the arrow in the invitation card to reveal additional options for managing your invitation.
Share the Invite Link
If you wish to provide the invitee with a direct link, click "Copy Invite Link." This action copies the invitation link to your clipboard, allowing you to paste and share it with the household member through any medium.
Cancel the Invitation
Should you need to cancel the invitation for any reason, click "Cancel Invite." This action voids the access code and cancels the invitation, ensuring it cannot be used to join your household.
