Create a Reservation
Reserving an amenity in your community through Communitrak is a simple process designed to ensure you can quickly secure a time and space for your activities. Whether you're planning a pool party, a meeting in the community center, or a barbecue at the communal grills, follow these steps to make your reservation.
Step 1: Login to Communitrak
Navigate to by going to https://app.communitrak.com. Ensure you're logged in to proceed with the reservation.
Step 2: Select Amenities
Click on the "Amenities" option from the main navigation menu. This section allows you to view all the available amenities within your community.
Step 3: Initiate Reservation
Once in the Amenities section, click "Make a Reservation" under the amenity you'd like to reserve. This will take you to a page where you can see all available time slots for the selected amenity.
Step 4: Choose Time Window
Select the time window during which you'd like to reserve the amenity. Click the green "Available" button next to your desired time slot to proceed.
If the time slot is already booked of or the occupancy has been reached, the button will be greyed out.
Step 5: Requested Info & Agreement
Some reservations require you provide the number of people in your party to ensure the space can accommodate your group comfortably.
In some cases, your reservation might require agreeing to certain terms.
For reservations that require a deposit or fee, you'll need to have a payment method on file before you'll be able to make the reservation.
Check the box next to "I agree to the Cancellation Policy outlined above" if required. This is crucial for understanding your responsibilities regarding the reservation and any potential penalties for cancellation.
Step 6: Confirm Reservation
Click "Confirm Reservation" to secure your time slot.
Finalizing Your Reservation
After agreeing to any necessary terms or completing payment details, your reservation will be confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation notification, and the reserved time slot will now be unavailable for other members to book.
Remember, amenities are a shared community resource. Please be mindful of the rules and policies to ensure everyone can enjoy these facilities.

Canceling a Reservation
Canceling a reservation for a community amenity is just as straightforward as making one. Whether your plans have changed or you've simply decided on a different date or time, you can follow these steps to cancel your reservation through Communitrak. Please be mindful of your community's cancellation policy to avoid any potential fees.
Step 1: Visit the Amenities Page
Navigate to the "Amenities" section from the main navigation menu. This is where you initially made your reservation.
Step 2: Access My Reservations
Within the Amenities section, look for the "My Reservations" card. This area lists all the reservations you've made, including details such as the date, time, and amenity reserved.
Step 3: Locate the Reservation to Cancel
Scroll through your list of reservations until you find the one you wish to cancel. Reservations are typically listed in chronological order, making it easier to find the specific booking you're looking for.
Step 4: Initiate Cancellation
Once you've located the reservation, click on the "X" icon situated to the right of the reservation details. This action signals your intent to cancel that particular booking.
Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
After clicking the "X" icon, a confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you're sure you want to cancel the reservation. This step is crucial as it prevents accidental cancellations. Confirm your decision to proceed with the cancellation.
Finalizing the Cancellation
Upon confirming your decision, the reservation will be canceled, and the time slot will be made available again for other community members to book. You will receive a notification confirming the cancellation of your reservation.
