Send residents invitations to join Communitrak via email.

In order to maintain a secure and trusted online environment for your community, Communitrak is invite-only. To join Communitrak, each household must be sent an invitation containing a unique access code. Note that only one invitation is necessary per household, as once a household has joined, the Head of Household may then invite other members of their household.

Sending invitations via email is easy whether you’re inviting one or three hundred new households. Just compile a list of email addresses and paste into Communitrak. Once verified, we’ll send each address a unique access code.


Step-by-Step Guidance

1. Click "Members & Groups" in the main navigation menu.

2. Click "Invite Members" in the dropdown menu.

3. In the Email card, click in the text box, and provide one email address per line. You can type email addresses manually or paste a list of email addresses.

4. Click "Continue" once all email addresses have been provided.

5. Verify each email address is correct and has been validated with a green check mark. Then click "Send Email Notifications."

6. Click "Ok" to close the confirmation message.

Members will receive an email invitation containing a unique access code they can use to join your community on Communitrak.
