In order to maintain a secure and trusted online environment for your community, Communitrak is invite-only. To join Communitrak, each household must be sent an invitation containing a unique access code. Note that only one invitation is necessary per household, as once a household has joined, the Head of Household may then invite other members of their household.

What are Printed Access Passes?

Printed Access Passes are unique invitations that you can distribute to new members of your HOA. These passes allow residents to easily join your community on Communitrak.


How to Create Access Passes

Step 1: Navigate to Member Invitations

  1. Log in to your Communitrak account.

  2. From the main navigation menu, select Members & Groups.

  3. Click on Invite Members.

Step 2: Generate Printed Access Passes

  1. Scroll down to the card titled "Printed Access Pass."

  2. Enter the number of passes you wish to generate (up to a maximum of 100).

  3. Click the "Generate Passes" button.

Step 3: Print the Access Passes

  1. A new window will display the generated passes.

  2. Use Google Chrome to print the passes. This ensures that the formatting of the passes is retained.

Step 4: Distribute the Access Passes

  • Hand out the printed passes to the new members of your HOA.


Tracking and Managing Access Passes

View Invitation Status

  • To monitor the usage of the Access Passes, click on the "View Invitation Status" button in the Invite Status card.

  • Here, you can view the status of each pass, including whether it has been used.

Voiding an Access Pass

  • If necessary, you can void any Access Pass from the same "View Invitation Status" section. This action will invalidate the pass and prevent its use for joining the HOA.
