In order to maintain a secure and trusted online environment for your community, Communitrak is invite-only. To join Communitrak, each household must be sent an invitation containing a unique access code. Note that only one invitation is necessary per household, as once a household has joined, the Head of Household may then invite other members of their household.
How to Invite Residents via Text Message
1. Select "Members & Groups" from the main navigation.
2. Select "Invite Members" from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down and select the phone number input.
4. Provide a phone number, and then tap "Send Text Invite."
5. Invite has been sent!
Members will receive a text message invitation containing a unique access code they can use to join your community on Communitrak.
