Our current pricing model for communities

Understanding the value and cost associated with managing your Homeowners Association (HOA) is crucial. At Communitrak, we strive to offer straightforward and scalable pricing plans to suit the needs of communities of various sizes. Below is our current pricing model, effective as of January 2024. Please note, pricing is subject to change.

Monthly Subscription Tiers

Our pricing is structured to accommodate the size of your community, measured by the number of households. Here’s a breakdown of our monthly subscription plans:

1 - 50 Households

$49 per month

51 - 150 Households

$99 per month

151 - 300 Households

$149 per month

301 - 500 Households

$199 per month

501 - 1000 Households

$249 per month

Each tier provides full access to all Communitrak features, ensuring that communities of any size can manage their operations effectively and efficiently.


Annual Payment Discount

To offer additional value to our communities, Communitrak provides a 10% discount to HOAs that choose to pay annually. This option gives your community the opportunity to save on your subscription over the year, making it a cost-effective choice for longer-term planning and budgeting.


Additional Costs

SMS Alerts

Communitrak pricing includes five SMS alert blasts per month. These alerts can be used for important announcements, emergency notifications, or reminders for community events. If your community requires more than the included five SMS alert blasts per month, each additional alert will incur a cost of $2.00.

Additional File Storage

Communitrak provides 5GB of storage for files, which includes documents, images, and other important community-related files. This is sufficient for most communities' needs. However, if your community finds itself in need of more storage space, additional fees will apply. These fees are based on the amount of extra storage required and are charged on a monthly basis.
