Communitrak makes it easy to delete several files at once, saving you time and effort. Follow the steps below to efficiently manage and delete multiple files from your community's Files section.

Initial File Selection: Locate the checkbox next to each file you wish to delete. Clicking this checkbox will mark the file for deletion. Ensure you're selecting the correct files to avoid accidentally removing important documents.
Continue Selecting Files: Proceed to click the checkbox next to other files you're looking to delete. You can select as many files as needed for removal.
Step 2: Initiate Deletion Process
Click "Delete": After selecting all the files you wish to delete, look for the "Delete" button, which should be visible on the page or within a menu indicating actions you can perform with selected files. Clicking this button will prompt you to confirm your decision to delete the selected files.
Step 3: Confirm File Deletion
Final Confirmation: A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to verify that you want to delete the selected files. This step is crucial to prevent accidental deletion of files. Click "Delete" again in the confirmation dialog to finalize the deletion process.
Please note that deleting a file is a permanent action. Once a file is deleted, it cannot be restored. Always double-check to make sure you're deleting the correct file and consider if the file might be needed in the future. If you're unsure, you might want to consult with other community members before proceeding with the deletion.
By following these steps, you can manage your community's files effectively, ensuring that only current and relevant files are kept in the Communitrak Files section, thereby maintaining an organized and efficient document management system.
